การสอนมรดกวัฒนธรรม :การอบรมสำหรับครู ประจำปี2556

This letter is to inform you about the workshop programme “Teaching Cultural Heritage: Workshops for Teachers”, to becarried out in Spring-Summer 2013.The workshop is organized by the collaboration between Ms. Mizuho Ikeda, a PhD candidate at Waseda University (Japan), the local community members in Phrae. Please refer the following information and see if the plan is suited for you. Because the plan is still provisional, it is possible to modify it if there is any inquiry or request. So do not hesitate to contact us as we are very happy to assist you. We are looking forward to creating a useful, good-quality and fun programme with all of the participants!  

จดหมายนี้เป็นจดหมายเพื่อประชาสัมพันธ์เกี่ยวกับโครงการอบรม “การสอนมรดกวัฒนธรรม :การอบรมสำหรับครู” ซึ่งจะจัดขึ้นในช่วงฤดูใบไม้ผลิถึงฤดูร้อนปี 2013(เมษายน – กรกฎาคม 2556) การจัดกิจกรรมอบรมนี้เกิดขึ้นภายใต้ความร่วมมือของ นางสาวมิซึโฮะ  อิเคดะ นักศึกษาปริญญาเอก จากมหาวิทยาลัยวาเซดะ(ประเทศญี่ปุ่น) และสมาชิกชุมชนท้องถิ่นในจังหวัดแพร่ โปรดพิจารณารายละเอียดโครงการว่าตรงกับความสนใจของท่านหรือไม่ อนึ่งกำหนดการยังสามารถปรับเปลี่ยนได้หากมีข้อสงสัยหรือมีข้อเสนอแนะ โปรดติดต่อทางผู้จัดการอบรม ทางเรายินดีที่จะให้ความช่วยเหลือท่าน เราคาดว่าจะสามารถทำให้โครงการนี้มีประโยชน์ มีคุณภาพ และมอบความสนุกสนานแก่ผู้เข้าร่วมอบรมทุกท่าน

1. Purposeวัตถุประสงค์

·                Activate the awareness of diverse cultural heritage in Phrae.

เพื่อกระตุ้นให้เกิดความตระหนักในเรื่องความหลากหลายของมรดกวัฒนธรรมในจังหวัดแพร่

·                Encourage the preservation of cultural heritage.

เพื่อส่งเสริมการอนุรักษ์มรดกวัฒนธรรม

·                Integrate the study of cultural heritage into school curriculum.

เพื่อผสมผสานการศึกษามรดกวัฒนธรรมเข้ากับหลักสูตรของโรงเรียน

2. Duration ระยะเวลาในการดำเนินงาน

The workshop is planned to run between April and July 2013. The workshop consists of two separate workshops. The first workshop has fourdays andthe second workshop has three days. It is desirable to take two workshops in succession, however it is possible to take them in different periods.  

โครงการนี้วางแผนว่าจะดำเนินงานในช่วงเดือนเมษายน ถึง กรกฎาคม พ.ศ.2556 โครงการนี้ประกอบด้วยการอบรม 2 ครั้ง ครั้งแรกจัดเป็นระยะเวลา 4 วัน ครั้งที่สอง เป็นระยะเวลา 3 วัน เพื่อความต่อเนื่องผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการสามารถเข้าร่วมการอบรมติดต่อกัน หรือสามารถเลือกเข้าอบรมในช่วงเวลาอื่นที่จัดไว้ให้ได้

Workshop 1: 22^nd (Mon)- 25^th (Thu) of April, 2013.

Workshop 2: 29^th (Mon) of April - 1^st of May (Wed), 2013.

อบรมครั้งที่1 : วันจันทร์ที่ 22 –วันพฤหัสบดีที่ 25 เมษายน 2556

อบรมครั้งที่ 2 :วันจันทร์ที่ 29 เมษายน –วันพุธที่ 1 พฤษภาคม 2556

Or you can arrange the date as below; in case it is difficult to arrange two weeks’ time off from the work, หรือผู้เข้าร่วมการอบรมสามารถเลือกรับการอบรมในช่วงเวลาด้านล่างได้ในกรณีที่ไม่สามารถลางานติดต่อกันเป็นเวลา 2 สัปดาห์

Workshop 1: 22^nd (Mon) -– 25^th (Thu) of April, 2013.

Workshop 2: 15^th (Wed) – 17^th (Fri) of May, 2013.

อบรมครั้งที่ 2 :วันพุธที่ 15 –วันศุกร์ที่ 17พฤษภาคม 2556

The participants are recommended to attend the entire session of two workshops and a certificate will be provided at the end of the course. Please send us the preferable schedule as soon as possible and then we will arrange the date.

หากผู้เข้าร่วมรับการอบรมครบทั้งสองสองครั้งจะได้รับประกาศนียบัตรหลังจบการอบรม กรุณาแจ้งวันเวลาที่สะดวกเพื่อทางผู้จัดอบรมจะดำเนินการต่อไป

3. Number of participants จำนวนผู้เข้าร่วม

It is expectedto have twoteachers from each school.    คาดว่าจะมี อาจารย์ 2 ท่านจากแต่ละโรงเรียน

4. Cost of workshop ค่าใช้จ่ายในการอบรม

·        No fees are required for the participation of the workshop.ไม่มีค่าลงทะเบียนสำหรับผู้สมัครเข้าร่วมการอบรม

·         We provide300 Baht stipend (per day) or free accommodation (including breakfast) as the choice of participants.

ผู้เข้าร่วมอบรมสามารถเลือกสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกได้ คือค่าเบี้ยเลี้ยง 300บาท(ต่อวัน) หรือ ที่พักฟรี (รวมอาหารเช้า)

·         Lunch and Dinner are inclusive for the workshop.

อาหารกลางวันและอาหารเย็นรวมอยู่ในการอบรม

5. Location สถานที่

The workshop 1 is organized in fieldwork style, for which the location will be differenteach day, depending on the contents (however it should be around the Phraecity). The workshop 2 is a combination of seminar and presentation, so that it will be organized in a classroom setting.

การอบรมครั้งที่ 1 จัดขึ้นในลักษณะการลงพื้นที่ภาคสนามซึ่งสถานที่จะต่างกันในแต่ละวันขึ้นอยู่กับเนื้อหา (แต่ยังอยู่ในเมืองแพร่ )การอบรมครั้งที่ 2 จะมีสัมมนาและการนำเสนอซึ่งจะจัดขึ้นในห้องเรียน

【Workshop 1】การอบรม เวิร์คช็อป 1

·        Indigo dying and Traditional medicineการย้อมครามและยาแผนโบราณ

Indigo is one of the oldest pigments in the world and also plays an important role as a special product of Phrae province. In the workshop, it provides various kinds of knowledge of Indigo fromits historyto medical usein traditional society and practicalexperience of indigo dying.

สีครามเป็นหนึ่งในสีย้อมที่เก่าแก่ที่สุดในโลกและมีบทบาทสำคัญในฐานะสินค้าเฉพาะของจังหวัดแพร่ ในเวิร์คช็อปจะมีการให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับครามตั้งแต่ประวัติศาสตร์ความเป็นมาจนถึงการใช้เป็นยารักษาโรคในสังคมโบราณ และสัมผัสประสบการณ์จริงในการย้อมสีคราม

·        Folk story  in Phraeเรื่องเล่าพื้นบ้านในแพร่

The richnessoffolk stories is one of the important cultural heritages in Phrae. In the workshop, we share the variety of folk stories collected from all over the district in Phraeand examine the similarities and differences. Through it, it is ableto understand the uniqueness of your region and province itself.

เรื่องเล่าพื้นบ้านมากมายในจังหวัดแพร่ถือเป็นหนึ่งในมรดกทางวัฒนธรรมที่สำคัญในจังหวัดแพร่ ในเวิร์คช็อป เราจะมาแบ่งปันเรื่องเล่าพื้นบ้านที่รวบรวมจากทุกอำเภอในจังหวัดแพร่ และวิเคราะห์หาความเหมือนและความแตกต่างที่มี ซึ่งการเรียนรู้ผ่านเรื่องเล่าพื้นบ้านจะนำไปสู่ความเข้าใจในเอกลักษณ์ของแต่ละพื้นที่และของจังหวัดแพร่ด้วยเช่นกัน

·         Traditionalarchitecture: Viewpoint from Art and Communal memory

สถาปัตยกรรมโบราณ ผ่านมุมมองของศิลปะและความทรงจำของชุมชน

Traditional vernacular architecture has been well preserved in the old quarter of Phrae city. Their architectural design and style are very unique and they have been maintained by inhabitants from generation to generation. They have a significant value not only in an artistic point of view but also in a perspective of traditional lifestyle. In the workshop, we provide basic information of traditional architecture as visiting some buildings and communicatewith the residents who live there.

รูปแบบสถาปัตยกรรมโบราณในที่อยู่อาศัยยังคงได้รับการอนุรักษ์เป็นอย่างดีในเขตเมืองเก่าของเมืองแพร่ การออกแบบและรูปแบบทางสถาปัตยกรรมมีลักษณะเฉพาะตัวและยังคงดำรงอยู่ได้โดยการส่งทอดของคนพื้นเมืองจากรุ่นสู่รุ่น ซึ่งสิ่งเหล่านี้มีคุณค่าสำคัญไม่เพียงในแง่มุมของศิลปะเท่านั้นแต่ยังมีคุณค่าในมุมมองของวิถีชีวิตความเป็นอยู่พื้นบ้านอีกด้วย ในเวิร์คช็อป จะมีการให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับสถาปัตยกรรมโบราณโดยเข้าไปเยี่ยมชมในอาคารต่างๆและพูดคุยกับผู้อยู่อาศัย ณ ที่นั้น

·         What is “Archaeology”?: Theory, Methodology and Site Tour   

โบราณคดีคืออะไร ?  : ทฤษฎี วิธีการ และการนำชมพื้นที่

The most known archaeological site in Thailand is probablySukhothai and Ayutthaya. However, they are not the only sites to be noted.Ancient sites exist in Phrae as well! Archaeology is a study to clarify the past society through the vestiges of human beings, such as pottery fragments, stone tools and ancient monuments. In this workshop, we introducefundamental concept of archaeology, and explain how the work carried out. Also, the latest result of archaeological investigation in Northern Thailand will be presented.

พื้นที่ทางโบราณคดีซึ่งรู้จักแพร่หลายในประเทศไทยมักจะเป็น สุโขทัยและอยุธยา ทว่าพื้นที่ในการศึกษาไม่ได้จำกัดอยู่แค่พื้นที่ซึ่งถูกบันทึกในหนังสือ แหล่งโบราณคดีมีอยู่ในแพร่เช่นเดียวกัน โบราณคดีคือการศึกษาที่ทำให้เกิดความกระจ่างแจ้งในสังคมอดีตผ่านร่องรอยของมนุษย์ อาทิเช่น ชิ้นส่วนเครื่องปั้นดินเผา เครื่องมือหิน และอนุสรณ์สถาน ในเวิร์คช็อปนี้ จะนำเสนอแนวคิดพื้นฐานของโบราณคดี และอธิบายถึงวิธีการศึกษา รวมไปถึงนำเสนอผลการสำรวจทางโบราณคดีในภาคเหนือ

At last, we visit the archaeologicalsite and convert knowledge into a real experience. The tour is planned to visit the cave site and the community museum in Nathorn village orthe MuangBoran site in thePhaklong National Park.

สุดท้าย จะมีการเยี่ยมชมแหล่งโบราณคดีและดัดแปลงความรู้สู่ประสบการณ์จริง การนำชมมีกำหนดการชม ถ้ำ และพิพิธภัณฑ์ชุมชนในหมู่บ้าน นธร หรือ พื้นที่เมืองโบราณในอุทยานแห่งชาติผากลอง

【Workshop 2】การอบรม เวิร์คช็อป 2

Day 1 วันที่1	Theme: Discussions and Share the problem. ลักษณะ : การอภิปรายและแบ่งปันนำเสนอประเด็นปัญหา
	Topic 1: “What is the importance and advantage of integrating cultural heritage study  into school curriculum?” เรื่องที่1: อะไรคือความสำคัญและประโยชน์ของการผสมผสานการศึกษามรดกวัฒนธรรมเข้ากับหลักสูตรของโรงเรียน Topic 2: “What is the problem to integrate cultural heritage study into school curriculum and how does do we overcome the problem?”              เรื่องที่2 : อะไรคือปัญหาในการผสมผสานการศึกษามรดกวัฒนธรรมเข้ากับหลักสูตรของโรงเรียน เราจะทำอย่างไรในการแก้ไขปัญหานั้น
Day 2 วันที่2	Theme: Introduce educational materials and Prepare for the presentation. ลักษณะ: แนะนำสื่อการเรียนการสอนและเตรียมตัวเพื่อการนำเสนอ
	Based on the discussion of previous day, make a plan for class using information of Workshop 1.  จากการอภิปรายในวันแรก ออกแบบแผนการสอนโดยใช้ข้อมูลจากเวิร์คช็อป 1
Day 3 วันที่3	Theme: Presentation and Discussion ลักษณะ: การนำเสนอและอภิปราย
	Organize a mock class and discuss the result.   จัดห้องเรียนจำลองและอภิปรายถึงผลลัพธ์
